F2WFunding charges a 10% success fee on business funding and 5% on real estate. Originators earn 20% (field agents who meet leads & secure signed agreements). Processors earn 20% (inbound leads, bank communication, follow-up). Complete both trainings and handle the entire deal process to earn 40% on every deal as a Dual-Certified Agent. All commissions are paid every Friday on funded deals. Plus a $500 Fundability bonus. Sign-up investment: $499 (Originator/Processor) or $999 (Dual-Certified). Override pool: 20% of every success fee.

F2WFunding offers three commission paths. Originators and Processors each earn 20% base. Complete both trainings as a Dual-Certified Agent and handle the entire deal process for a full 40% on every deal.
Loan Originator
Field agents who go out, meet the lead in person, qualify them, and secure a signed funding agreement. Originators source and close the client relationship.
Responsibilities
- Go into the field and meet leads in person
- Qualify the lead and assess funding needs
- Get a signed funding agreement from the client
- Hand off qualified lead to a processor
Loan Processor
Receives inbound leads and processes them through our lending platform. Manages all communication between banks and applicant, collects docs, and follows up until funding.
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound leads from the CRM
- Submit & process applications through lending platform
- Handle all communication between banks and applicant
- Follow up consistently until deal is funded
Dual-Certified Agent
Complete BOTH Originator and Processor training programs. Handle the entire deal end-to-end and earn double the single-role commission rate at 40%.
Responsibilities
- Complete both Originator and Processor training
- Source, meet leads, qualify & get signed agreement
- Process application & handle bank communication
- Earn 40% of success fee — paid every Friday
Your Downline Processor Structure
Multi-level marketing 3-tier matrix. Overrides are paid on every deal closed in your network.
5% Override
Direct referrals. Enroll 3 agents to activate 5% overrides on Level 1 closed loans.
10% Override
Indirect referrals. Your 3 each enroll 3 (27 total) to unlock Level 2 overrides.
15% Max Override
Sub-downline. Your 27 each enroll 3 (81+ total) for maximum 15% overrides across all 3 tiers.

3-Level Override Commission Breakdown
20% of every success fee is allocated to the override pool. 5% is always reserved in the bonus pool. The remaining 15% is distributed based on your tier — which grows as you build your downline. Enroll 3 people → Starter (5%), your 3 each enroll 3 (27 total) → Pro (10%), those 27 each enroll 3 (81+) → Elite (15%).

Sign up and enroll 3 people into your downline to activate your override commissions at 5% on Level 1 deals.
Pro Tier
When your 3 referrals each enroll 3, your downline reaches 27 and your override increases to 10% — unlocking Level 2.
Elite Tier
When your 27 downline members each enroll 3, your override maxes out at 15% — unlocking all 3 levels. The Elite level.
